This summer holiday, I am bringing back my much requested Swing Mini Sessions, and I am so excited to capture your memories.
I try to do things a little differently here at Capture the Rainbow Photography.
I don’t just want to document what your child looks like right now; I want to capture who they are right now.
The excited giggles, the tired strops, the boundless energy, and the snuggly cuddles. With the addition of my brand new swing, these sessions are going to be so much fun!
Fun, relaxed, and natural; each of my sessions are as unique as your little one, and I can’t wait to tell your story.

YOUR QUESTIONS
Below are some Frequently Asked Questions to help understand who I am and what I do.
I specialise in natural, timeless, child-led baby and family photography.
No gimmicks; everything in your session is there to help capture your personality and tell your child’s story.
Our new swing will be the perfect way to let your little one’s personality shine during their photoshoot, and I also have a bookcase full of beautiful toys to play with, a bed to cuddle up on, just the right amount of space to climb, jump, and dance in, and make some memories.
Your only job during your photoshoot is to come in, relax, forget about the to do lists and distractions, and enjoy a moment to watch and celebrate your little one and everything that makes them so special.
In doing this, my goal is to give you a pause button on these fleeting and beautiful moments, and the chance to revisit whenever you want.
These will be very limited sessions for SUMMER HOLIDAYS ONLY!!! Sunday 18th to Saturday 31st August 2024.
There is a calendar below where you can select your time and date.
If you have more than 3 children, please book their sessions next to each other so I can include photos of them all together.
After your session, I will go through all of your photos and select the best 6+. I will then hand edit each one to perfectly celebrate your child in the most beautiful way.
You will be invited back to the studio, or we can arrange a zoom call, around 1 week after your session for you to see your photos, and it’s at this time that you’ll choose your digital image included in your session fee, and any additional photos, products, or Wall Art you might be interested in.
Our home studio is located in Leadgate, Consett, County Durham and serves Newcastle Upon Tyne, Gateshead, Northumberland, Sunderland, and Durham.
We converted our garage many years ago now to create our perfect space for capturing your family in the best way. Warm, cosy, welcoming, and perfectly lit. There’s even a drive way right outside so you don’t have to worry about parking.
